These are development-stage usage terms. Operator details, support contact, jurisdiction, consumer provisions, and complete legal terms must be finalized before a public launch.

Adults and fictional characters

You must be at least 18 to create an account or use the live companion features. All characters must be fictional adults. Do not impersonate a real person or upload another person’s private information.

Creative, non-explicit use

Buba supports conversation, creative storytelling, and non-explicit portraits. Do not use the service to request sexual imagery, content involving minors, exploitation, non-consensual content, harassment, or unlawful activity.

AI limitations

Characters are artificial and can make mistakes. Their messages are not professional advice. Preview conversations contain scripted examples and are labeled accordingly. AI outputs may vary and image likeness is not guaranteed.

Accounts and availability

Keep your account secure. Live authentication, conversations, and generated images depend on configured third-party services. Service availability and generation results are not guaranteed. This version does not sell subscriptions or process payments.

Your creations

Only submit prompts and character material you are authorized to use. Do not assume AI-generated content is unique or free of third-party rights. Production ownership and licensing provisions must be finalized before public use.
